This agreement is between Tamagui LLC ("we", "us") and you, and governs the rnx software: the simulator engine and runtime, shell, CLI, desktop application, build plugins, and any updates we provide (the "Software"). Cloud services such as shares, previews, and CI uploads are governed separately by our Terms of Service. By using the Software you accept this agreement.

1. Definitions

• "Personal Use" means use by an individual for purposes that are not for the benefit of any business: personal projects, learning, coursework, and contributions to open source projects.
• "Commercial Use" means any use for or on behalf of a business or other organization, or in developing software intended for commercial advantage, including freelance and contract work.
• "Internal Use" means use by your organization's licensed members for developing and testing your own applications, on machines and CI systems your organization controls.
• "Embedding" means making the Software, or any experience powered by it, available to anyone other than your licensed members: integrating the simulator into a product, website, documentation, or service that third parties can access, or redistributing any part of the Software.
• "Organization" means you and every entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with you.

2. Free license

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on desktop computers you personally use, for Personal Use only. You may also use the Software for Commercial Use during a single evaluation period of 30 days from your Organization's first use.

3. Pro license

While your Organization holds an active Pro subscription, we additionally grant its members a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for Commercial Use limited to Internal Use, including headless and CI use. A Pro subscription covers up to 10 members of one Organization. Embedding is not included.

4. Enterprise license

Embedding, redistribution, larger member counts, and any use not covered above require a separate written agreement with us. Contact us at support@tamagui.dev or book a call from the Pricing page.

5. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

• Distribute, sublicense, rent, or provide the Software to any third party, or make it available as part of any product or service.
• Modify the Software or create derivative works of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent applicable law permits despite this limit.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
• Use the Software to build a competing product.

6. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

7. Termination

This agreement terminates automatically if you breach it. The Pro grant ends when the subscription ends. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete your copies; sections 5 through 9 survive.

8. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, and our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Software in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes

We may update this agreement for future versions of the Software; the version accompanying your copy governs that copy.
